I don't know which could have done it. Inmate murders tend to be a bit... messier, on the whole. This one was clean, I mean, there wasn't even a mark on him. Looked like he was sleeping.

Ten to ten says it was one of those 'Daleks'. I saw it happen, but I couldn't even do anything. By the time I even realized what it was doing he was dead. They can use those whisks to kill instantly.
