032 - Sam knows how to run a kitchen (not)

Alright, rationing-- with a population like ours and no real checks and balances-- is not going to work. It's inefficient, unnecessary, and with everybody's panicky, apocalypse prepping behaviour, we're just going to end up with idiots individuals hoarding and stealing when there is absolutely no need to. We've got a commercial kitchen; we might as well use it.

I think we ought to set up a kitchen crew, three groups with a shift each, or one group with three shifts. It shouldn't be too difficult, if we set up a thorough system. We'll need somebody to keep inventory of our food-- an updated inventory. Also, I think a warden should be in charge of the kitchen crew... preferably somebody who actually knows a thing or two about cooking no offense, Ms. Bohemme. Uh, Rube? Interested?

Aside from that, we'll have to actually have a crew-- and please, no funny business. You'll be monitored to prevent any stabbings, poisonings, etc.

I've volunteered for the Infirmary on Angel's list, but when not doing that shift, I can help out in the kitchen. More specifically, serving. The bamfs would be minimal; I might be able to handle two shifts of it. I won't know until I, y'know, start serving.

Is there anything in particular you'd like to do in the kitchen? I don't see why we can't have everybody together in this. You could keep doing what you're doing between meals, if you'd like, keep people from trying to take food.
