I get that this is some... some kinda topsy turvy Willy Wonka world where nothing makes sense, but this is just absurd, even for "the Barge". Our genders should NOT have a negative impact on our ability to warden properly and efficiently! I can't even believe some of the nonsense I'm hearing!

You lot change genders, and the first thing you do? The ABSOLUTE first thing you do? Solicit everybody, including the inmates, for sex? I don't like it when they do it, either, but you're WARDENS. You're here to police them, to guide them, to help them become better people, not throw your hands up and shout: "Oh look, I've got a prick now, who wants to take it for a spin?" Or actively encourage them to run around shagging each other 'cause it keeps them outta our hair-- unless, of course, we're the ones they're shagging, which is inappropriate on a whole other level, and an incredible abuse of our positions here. Newsflash: we're not in "Kissing Town" anymore, so STOP ACTING LIKE IT.

God, it's no wonder they don't respect us! How does anything even get done around here? 1973 was more orderly than this bloody circus!

This sort of attitude is only facilitating the problem we have here. We're all wardens, and we should be held accountable as a group. Those "four or five" people reflect badly on ALL OF US. Where I come from, every copper's meant to be clean, supposed to uphold the standards they enforce. What d'you think it says to the inmates when we sit here and tolerate this kind of thing?

It's like the lot've you are content to just sit in your respective corners, mind your own inmates, and not give a damn about anything else that goes on here, 'cause you're not part of the problem.

I agree with Miss Sato. I've done nothing of the sort, am caring for my ward this very moment in fact, and once I was well accustomed to myself and began reading the back entries on my reader, I found that many of us were simply distressed, or perhaps even unaffected by the situation.
