I'd like it if you reported any interactions between James Kirk and Prefect to me that may be occurring behind my back. He's actively attempting to hinder Prefect's progress, and-- HONESTLY?-- even going by the utterly nonexistent standards set here, I can't believe he's even allowed on board as Warden.

First Sylar, now this. Why, why does he attract this sort of behaviour?!

[Prefect doesn't really have much to do now that Kirks offer has changed. A blanket is fine and all, but a gun would have been incredible. Prefect sighs. People have been asking him for a gun for nearly a year, it would have been incredible to be able to offer them one...]

[Sam arrives at his Inmate's door, and he knocks once. It's a quick knock, just to alert Prefect of his presence, before he goes to open the door. He's tense, fuming, from recent events.]

[Spam] - I'm Pretty sure they do, but Prefect never locks his door anyway.

I know, it's just-- I can handle it when it's another Inmate harassing Prefect. At least they're held accountable to somebody else. But another Warden? I've seen enough bullying coppers where I'm from, but at the end of the day, they follow orders and they get results. This one's just...

He offered my Inmate a gun to trade, for Christ's sake! It's just spitting in the face of everything I've tried to do with Prefect, about accountability and being a responsible salesman!
