Be on the look out for Tobias or Charles or whichever name he's going by at the moment. His 'father' just threatened my Inmate, and I'd really rather not have a repeat of their last encounter. If you see him, isolate him, lock him up, or call for assistance-- at least until his Warden finds him. Please don't have a go at him alone if you're, ah... not able. [He totally means "TINY AND FEMALE]

If you're in your room, stay in there and don't open the door for anybody but me. If you're somewhere else, make sure you're with a group.

[Tobias is already waiting in the hall outside of Prefect's room. He's got a broken bottle in one hand and is holding a conversation with himself about whether or not this is a good idea.]

I don't like it. They all were saying that. We shouldn't do it.

We'll make an example of him so the others will learn.

[He runs a hand through his hair and looks pensively at the door...]

[Sam stops short, hoping Prefect isn't careless enough to open the door right now. His eyes catch the broken bottle in Tobias's hand, and he approaches the other man cautiously. He has his gun, but he hasn't pulled it yet. If he can reason with Tobias, then this situation may be salvaged without violence. Still, his hand is at his side, ready to draw the gun if he has to]

Tobias. Put the bottle down. I know you're hurting right now, because of... what was said, but this isn't the way to fix things.

[Tobias starts at the sound of Sam's voice and turns his head quickly towards the DCI. For a moment there's a flash of panic in his eyes, but it quickly glosses over and a hard sneer replaces the expression.]

[He moves to approach Sam, grip on the bottle tightening.]

[He's mostly bluffing. Sam doesn't want to have to shoot Tobias-- and he wouldn't go for lethality if he did-- but usually, superior firepower helps. Still, he's pretty confident he can take the other man in a fight, if necessary.]
